Strengthening academic exchange and international cooperation through
hosting numerous fruitful national, regional and international workshops
and conferences
The year 2014 highlighted a number of remarkable events of scientific
and technological exchanges of CTU. The University hosted more than
24 workshops and conferences on various fields at national, regional
and international levels. Of the highlighted events were the international
conferences and workshops on fisheries, environment, water safety and
food security, risk assessment and identifying solutions for relevant issues;
international workshops on joint training and research on impacts of climate
change and environmental issues in the Mekong Delta; and forums on green
technology and management. Those academic events attracted the strong
attention and gathered a large number of local and international scientists
to join, share their research results, experiences and achievements, and
extend further cooperation. Particularly, CTU's scientists and researchers also
presented numerous innovative research results with high scientific-academic
values and significance for practical applications.
Also by organizing those conferences, seminars and forums successfully,
the partnerships and prestige of CTU have been increasingly expanded and
strengthened in the national and international scientific communities.
