In the near future, CTU stabilizes the scale of undergraduate training, expands the scale and
programs of postgraduate training, besides, focuses on raising the qualities and qualifications
of officers to better meet the requirements of the University and society. According to the
orientation to 2020, 100% of lecturers will obtain postgraduate qualifications, and at least 45%
of them have doctoral degrees. Each year, there will be at least 12 staff members obtaining the
academic titles of professor and associate professor.
To reach those goals, in addition to recruiting qualified lecturers, the University will continue
to implement training planning for the young staff members; take advantage of the scholarship
resources; finalize preferential policies to encourage and create favorable conditions for the
faculty members to upgrade their qualifications to perform training and research in the new
period.
