Training. At the meeting, Minister Phung Xuan Nha expressed, "CTU is one of the strongest training
institutions in Vietnamese education system. Over the years, the University has played a significant role in
the development of human resources for the provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta. Investment in CTU
is to invest in an excellent training center for human resource development in the region and the country".
