Domestic and International Cooperation

n the past year, the University has signed cooperation agreements with 20 institutes, universities,
Iand organizations from France, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand,
Sweden, and Uzbekistan. Accordingly, 37 international projects have been implemented with a total
budget of 24.6 billion VND. The University maintains and strengthens comprehensive cooperative
relationships with 10 cities and provinces; 17 districts across the country, especially in the Mekong
Delta; 14 domestic institutes, universities, and enterprises. There have been 428 signed projects
with 28.5 billion VND. The increasingly strong and in-depth cooperative relationship between
Can Tho University and its partners further affirms the University’s role in the development of the
region and the country.
