The experiments were arranged in a randomized complete factorial design in including the three treatment levels of EMS (0; 0,025 and 0,05 %) complemented with gamma rays and the two of sesame varieties with four replicates. The experiments were carried out in the greenhouse of College of Agriculture and Applied Biology, Cantho Univesity. Results showed that flower numbers, capsule numbers, seed per plant and highest variation ratio were induced by 0.025% EMS and 400 Gy in M2 generation of SĐ2 cultivar. TóM TắT Thí nghiệm được thực hiện nhằm khảo sát khả năng sinh trưởng và năng suất của hai giống mè được xử lý ethyl methanesulfonate EMS và tia gamma, thế hệ M2. Thí nghiệm được bố trí theo thể thức hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên, 4 lần lặp lại với 6 nghiệm thức là tổ hợp của 3 mức độ xử lý EMS (0; 0,025 và 0,05 %) kết hợp tia gamma 400 Gy và 2 giống mè với 4 lần lặp lại, mỗi lần lặp lại là 20 cây. Kết quả thí nghiệm cho thấy nồng độ EMS 0,025% kết hợp với chiếu xạ tia gamma 400 Gy cho số hoa, số trái/ cây, số hạt/cây và tỉ lệ biến dị cao trên cây mè SĐ2 ở thế hệ M2. |
