ABSTRACT

The environment, including natural and social ones, is directly or indirectly related to human beings ?lives. It is created around people, governing their lives, and ensuring their development. In their relation with the natural environment and the social one, human beings always create positive and negative impacts. The relation between human beings and environments is considered a dialectical one between nature and society in the firm development of our country, This development still maintains the quality of the environment and keeps the balance between the environment and progress.

Môi trường bao gồm môi trường tự nhiên và môi trường xã hội có liên quan trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp đến cuộc sống con người. Nó được tạo lập xung quanh con người, chi phối đời sống con người, bảo đảm sự tồn tại và phát triển của con người. Trong mối quan hệ với môi trường tự nhiên và môi trường xã hội, con người luôn tạo ra những tác động tích cực và tiêu cực. Mối quan hệ giữa con người ? môi trường được xem là mối quan hệ biện chứng tự nhiên ? xã hội trong sự phát triển bền vững ở nước ta. Đó là phát triển trong mức độ duy trì chất lượng môi trường, giữ cân bằng giữa môi trường và sự phát triển.
