ABSTRACT

From the n-butanol extract of dried Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) flowers, one flavonoid (apigenin-7,4?-dimethyl ether) and one sterol glycoside (?-sitosterol-3-O-?-glucopyranoside) were isolated.   The structures were eluciated by modern spectrometric methods: ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, COSY, HMBC, HSQC, DEPT and MS.

Từ cao chiết n-butanol của hoa khô actisô trồng tại Đà Lạt, một flavonoid và một sterol glycoside đã được cô lập.  Cấu trúc của hai hợp chất trên được xác định bằng các phương pháp hóa lý hiện đại như: phổ hồng ngoại, phổ cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân, phổ khối lượng. Hai hợp chất đó là apigenin-7,4'-dimethyl ether và ?-sitosterol-3-O-?-glucopyranoside.
