ABSTRACT

One flavonoid cynaroside (luteolin-7-O-b-glucopyranoside) was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of dried Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) fresh leaves which is planted in Da Lat.  The structure was eluciated by modern spectrometric methods: ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR, COSY, HMBC, HSQC, DEPT and MS.

Một flavonoid đã được tìm thấy trong cao chiết ethyl acetate của lá actisô được trồng tại Đà Lạt.  Cấu trúc của flavonoid này được định danh bằng các phương pháp hóa lý hiện đại như: phổ hồng ngoại, phổ cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân, phổ khối lượng.  Hợp chất đó  là luteolin-7-O-b-glucopyranoside.
