In order to build land optimazation models, it is necessary to predict the surface restriction for the land use types to obtain the optimal productions. The paper is aimed to predict the land use demands as constraint conditions for the optimization of each agricultural land use type. The Monte Carlo simulation was used to calculate the area of vegetable and fruit for Long Phu district based on historical area of these land use type from 2013 to 2017, and the calulated results were used as the constraint values in the multi-objective optimization with the LandOptimizer program. The results showed that area of vegetable and fruit was estimated for 2020. Then, the land use optimization for five land use types three rice crops, two rice crops, two rice – vegetable crops, vegetable, and fruit was calculated with three optimal options: maximizing land suitability, maximizing benefits and maximizing multi-objective. TÓM TẮT Tối ưu hóa đa mục tiêu là công cụ hiệu quả để phân tích và xác định diện tích cần bố trí cho từng kiểu sử dụng đất của một địa phương. Tuy nhiên, khó khăn mà các nghiên cứu đang gặp phải là xây dựng các điều kiện ràng buộc trước cho bài toán tối ưu hóa. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là dựa vào mô phỏng Monte Carlo để dự tính diện tích sản xuất dựa trên dữ liệu diện tích canh tác của rau màu và cây ăn quả từ năm 2013 đến 2017 và kết quả dự báo được dùng làm ràng buộc diện tích tối đa trong phương pháp tối ưu hóa đa mục tiêu với chương trình LandOptimizer. Kết quả ứng dụng cho huyện Long Phú, tỉnh Sóc Trăng cho thấy đã dự tính được diện tích đất canh tác cho rau màu và cây ăn quả của huyện đến năm 2020. Dựa trên kết quả dự tính tổng diện tích yêu cầu đó, mô hình tối ưu hóa diện tích đã tính toán bố trí cho năm kiểu sử dụng đất (ba vụ lúa, hai vụ lúa, hai vụ lúa – màu, chuyên màu và cây ăn quả) theo ba phương án: tối ưu về mặt thích nghi tự nhiên, tối đa hóa lợi nhuận và tối ưu hóa đa mục tiêu. |
