A study was conducted at a household in Dao Thanh village, My Tho city to evaluate the effects of different replacement levels of Mulato II (M) for sweet potato (SPV) in diets on nutrient utilization, growth performance and carcass quality of local rabbits. The trial was a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and three replications. The treatments were 5 levels of 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% Mulato replacing sweet potato vine (corresponded to the M0, M25, M50, M75 and M100 treatments). There were 4 growing local rabbits at 6 weeks of age (balanced sex) per experimental unit and the experimental time lasted in 12 weeks. The results showed that sweet potato vine intakes gradually decreased with increasing levels of Mulato in the diets, while Mulato intakes increased
