Within the in-service training form, by its particular, the coordination between the stake holders has a great role and significance to ensure for the training quality. Based on the management model of in-service training at Can Tho University, this paper referring to the roles and tasks of stake holders in the management activities to in-service training at the education institution. In additional, sharing experiences which supporting higher education institutions to improve and develop the in-service training form, implementing the task on undergraduate human resources training.
