ABSTRACT

According to viewpoint of confrerecene resolution the seventh Session tenth of Vietnamese communist Party, this artice generalizes lines, policies of the Vietnamese communist Party and the Party committee in Provinces and cities in Mekong Delta to the famer and development of agriculture, rural areas  in general and Mekong Delta in particular in the revolutin career. Further, the artice also confirms several positive changes in famer?s life, agriculture and rural areas inMekongDelta. On the basis of that, the author suggests potential solution to develop agriculture, famer and rural areas inMekongDelta.

Xuất phát từ quan điểm Nghị quyết TW 7 Khóa X của Đảng, bài viết khái quát đường lối, chính sách của Đảng và Đảng bộ các tỉnh, thành đồng bằng sông Cửu Long đối với nông dân và sự phát triển nông nghiệp, nông thôn nói chung, đồng bằng sông Cửu Long nói riêng trong sự nghiệp đổi mới. Hơn nữa, khẳng định những chuyển biến tích cực trong đời sống của nông dân, nông nghiệp và nông thôn đồng bằng sông Cửu Long, chỉ ra những khó khăn cần giải quyết. Trên cơ sở đó, nêu ra những giải pháp để phát triển nông nghiệp, nông dân và nông thôn đồng bằng sông Cửu Long.
