The antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of the aerial parts of Scoparia dulcis (Linn) collected in Can Tho city were evaluated in detail. Antioxidant tests, including DPPH, ABTS+˖, and RP assays, revealed that Scoparia dulcis Linn extracts exhibited moderate antioxidant activity, with the ethyl acetate extract showing the strongest effect. Antibacterial properties were assessed using the multi-concentration dilution method on liquid test media with various bacterial and fungal strains. The antibacterial results for S. dulcis (Linn) were relatively weak, with the hexane extract demonstrating the most significant activity.
