This shows that distribution of profit along the value chain is relatively reasonable. Production cost per unit of raw pangasius material has increased years by years due to an increase in prices of industrial feed. Production cost per unit of raw material pangasius holds a lot of risks for producers. There are many solutions for development of this industry, yet the most active solutions are cutting down production cost and developing the of Vietnam fillet pangasius. TóM TắT Phân phối lợi nhuận trên 1 kg sản phẩm cá tra nguyên liệu của chuỗi giá trị cho hai tác nhân: người nuôi và công ty chế biến tương đương với nhau. Điều này cho thấy sự phân phối lợi nhuận trong chuỗi tương đối hợp lý. Giá thành sản xuất cá tra nguyên liệu có xu hướng gia tăng qua các năm, do giá cả thức ăn công nghiệp gia tăng. Giá thành sản xuất cá tra ẩn chứa nhiều rủi ro hơn người nuôi. Có nhiều giải pháp để phát triển ngành, tuy nhiên giải pháp tích cực nhất là cắt giảm chi phí sản xuất và phát triển thương hiệu cá tra phi lê của Việt Nam. |
