This study aims to analyze the factors affecting customers' intention to use the MoMo e-wallet services in Can Tho city by applying the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method, based on data from 150 survey samples, including customers who used and have been using MoMo e-wallet service. The results highlight the impact of a number of factors on customers' intention to use the MoMo e-wallet services in Can Tho city, of which the most influencing factor is Perceived usefulness and ease of use, followed by Perceived trust, Social influence; Perceived cost has the opposite impact of the decision to use MoMo e-wallet services. For demographic factors, the ANOVA test indicates that there is no difference in intention to use among customers’ gender, age, occupation, education level and average income.
