Evaluation of the efficacy of Actinomyces and fungicides as applying alone or as applying combination in controlling vascular wilt caused by Fusariumoxysporum and collar rot caused by Phytopthora nicotianae on sesame were conducted in two field experiments.  The first field experiment were followed Randomized Completle Block design with 11 treatments (Three treatments i.e. Actinomyces strain 25, Benomyl, strain 25 combine Benomyl for controlling Fusarium wilt;Three treatments Actinomyces strain 51, Mancozeb or dimethomorph, strain 51 combined Mancozeb/Dimethomorph for controlling collar rot; Three treatments for controlling both diseases i.e.  mixture of two strain (25 and 51), fungicide (Benomyl or Mancozeb/Dimethomorphdepend onwhich disease occur in the field), mixture (25, 51) combined fungicide (Benomyl or Mancozeb/Dimethomorph; two last treatments i.e.control and farmer treatment. The results indicated that: For Fusarium wilt, five treatments could reduce disease incidence i.e. Actinomyces strain 25, Benomyl, strain 25 combine Benomyl, mixture of two strain (25 and 51) and mixture (25, 51) combined fungicide (Benomyl or Mancozeb/Dimethomorph; especially treatment applying mixture (25, 51) expressed higher efficacy. For collar rot, alltreatmentsexpressed lower disease incidence than the control untreated. In the next field experiment for comparison three treatments(each treatment 500 square meter without replication)i.e. treatment  apply mixture actinomyces (25, 51) combind using proper fungicide as necesssary, control treatment and farmer treatment. As a result, the treatment of combining two actinomyces (25, 51) strain and fungicide had significantlower percentage of infection of both diseases compared to the control, and its efficacy was equally with farmer treatment. In addition, the treatment also improve yield higher than control treatment. Therefore, apply Actinomyces combined with apply proper fungicide as necessary can reduce Fusarium wilt andcollar rot on sesame in the field conditions which help reducing chemical uses
