Smart office is a developing trend in the IoT aspect on all over the world and in Vietnam. However, the smart technologies still not solve all problems that are easily encountered under the stressful working environment. Walkgreen is a device which was named by the same project that is conducted the research for the methods to support office workers improving productivities by establishing moving habit while working in the office. The main principle of this device is using the moisture sensor to measure the moisture of the soil inside the bonsai pot, the device connects to the Internet by the IoT technology and interacts with the Line App – a social messaging app originating from Japan. The main function of the device is to motivate people standing up and moving their body to the right pot for watering in a proper time. The device also gives the emotional inspiration to the users with the messages of funny images and texts designed as Japanese manga. The technical results are tested successfully for stable and long-time working condition.
