ABSTRACT

From the petroleum ether extracts of the bark of Avicennia Marina, collected in the coast of Bac Lieu province, three compounds have isolated: taraxerol (C₃₀H₅₀O), taraxerone (C₃₀H₄₈O), betulin (C₃₀H₅₀O₂)_. The structures of these compounds have been elucidated by modern spectroscopic methods such as: ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, DEPT NMR and by comparison with those of previously reported data.

Từ dịch chiết petroleum ether của vỏ cây Mắm ổi, thu hái tại ven biển tỉnh Bạc Liêu, đã cô lập được ba hợp chất là: taraxerol (C₃₀H₅₀O), taraxerone (C₃₀H₄₈O), betulin (C₃₀H₅₀O₂)_. Cấu trúc hóa học của các hợp chất này đã được xác định bằng các phương pháp phổ hiện đại ¹H?NMR, ¹³C?NMR, DEPT NMR và được so sánh với tài liệu đã công bố.
