Using violence is not an incentive to resolve disputes in all areas of socila life. In other words, violence is an act that needs to be prevented by the economic, political and human damage it causes. To achieve this goal, several countries have many polices and laws to minimize the incidence of violence in society. Even so, acts of violence still take place in the world daily. One of the forms violence that are of social concern is domestic violence its victims are children. Children are incompleted physicially and intellectually subjects, so they need protection from family and society. however, in practice, several children have exposed to domestic violence for a long time. This article focus on clarifying domestic violence's form against children in Vietnam, the causes of domestic violence and examines the relevant legal provisions. From there, the author proposes the solutions with the hope of effective implementation of children's right in the furure.
