The research was executed in the laboratory of Plant Protection Deparment, Can Tho University with objective was examine of pathogencity on leaf of six citrus cultivars (Citrus maxima, C. sinensis, C. nobilis, C. C. reticulate, C. limonia, Citrus japonica 'Japonica') and morpholoycal characters of Colletotrichum spp. isolates with curved conidia from leaves's Citrus spp. in some provines in MeKong delta. The result indicated that 10 isolates had ability to infect and cause typical anthracnose disease symtoms on leaf of different citrus cultivars and C. limonia cultivar was stronger effected than others. Beside, among 10 isolates there were 9 isolates identified as Colletotrichum truncatum based on the classification criteria of Yang et al. (2009), Huang et al. (2013), Cheng et al. (2014) and other major documents. Moreover, results also showed that CĐ4-CT isolates can belong to species complex is Truncatum based on the classification criteria of Yang et al. (2009), Damm et al. (2009), Jayawardena et al. (2016).
